I am not sure who the following individual is reporting to, but it should be one of you 3. We all know how inappropriate is this kind of behavior inany environment. Therefore, I would like to inform all of you about what this individual has been doing to a guard at this building in order for you to take proper disciplinary action.
I appreciate your help in this matter.

Subject: Associate's Rude behavior towards Security Officer

Good morning to you both,

I am not sure if this Associate is under Afshin's supervision or not but I though Afshin might be a good place to start. Just this morning S/O Beatrice Louthan (Main Gate) has reported to me a problem she has been suffering with for about 2 weeks.

An Associate Joshua Anderson, Corporate I.T. has been harrassing S/O Louthan when she has merely asked him to "slow down" and "not to drive so very close to the access card reader". It has also occurred when S/O Louthan has asked Mr. Anderson to make a u-turn around the Security Station and park whenever he has forgotten his ID.

Mr. Anderson is making a "clucking sound" at S/O Louthan as if to indicate she is a "mother hen". S/O Louthan finds this extremely insulting and unprofessional. The offensive behavior mostly occurs when Mr. Anderson is returning from lunch and has a car full of friends and/or co-workers. He does not do this when he is alone.

One of the Associates (whom S/O Louthan says she can get the name of) came to her to apologize for Mr. Anderson's rudeness and told her "that he and others were embarassed by Mr. Anderson's behavior and that they had spoken to him about it."

I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you can give in getting this individual to cease and desist this immature behavior.

Respectfully,
Ken Murray, Manager
